Fresh, fruity mango sweetness dances with tantalizing hints of guava and pineapple over a strong base of North Indian and Ceylon black teas, ensuring the health of your culture while delivering an explosion of tropical flavor. Make kombucha thats delicious as-is, while also serving as an excellent base for your second fermentation. Description: Our Tropical Kombucha Tea Blend combines a solid base of black teas with mango and calendula to create a fruity kombucha experience like no other. Featuring the fresh, light sweetness of mango mixed with hints of guava and pineapple, it makes both a delicious kombucha on its own, and a tasty base for adding further layers of flavor during a second fermentation. Please Note: We recommend at least a basic knowledge of and/or experience with kombucha brewing when using flavored tea blends such as this. Additionally, because each blend will infuse a distinct flavor into your culture and the kombucha brew, we recommend dedicating one kombucha culture and cup of starter liquid solely to this blend. We do not recommend transferring cultures and starter liquid back and forth amongst different flavored blends. The first brew with this blend may be slightly slower to ferment than normal and the culture may look atypical. After the first brew, your culture will adapt to the new tea blend and ferment at its usual pace.
