The top germination tray is poured evenly with water - this then reaches the levels below evenly via the red drain siphons. This ensures a balanced moisture balance in the germinator. The germinator is designed for optimal light exposure, good air circulation and best growing conditions. As it is dishwasher safe, cleaning is just as easy as sprout breeding. The red siphon cones must sit correctly, but not too tightly on the water drain tube. Rinse the seeds well before germination in a sieve under running water (soak according to germination, see instructions on the packaging). Spread the seeds in a thin layer on the germination tray. Place the germination trays on top of each other so that the red drain siphons are not on top of each other, but are offset.
